- A seller/lender of seven Boeing 727 aircraft to an air carrier in Mexico.
- A Venezuelan air carrier in $33 million purchase financing of Boeing 737-300 aircraft and in the acquisition and financing of numerous DC-9 aircraft and several DC-3 aircraft.
- A Colombian air carrier in leasing of several DeHaviland Dash 8 aircraft from a U.S. lessor and in the leasing and financing of Airbus 300 aircraft.
- A Venezuelan air carrier in the restructuring of in excess of $100 million in debt.
- A Venezuelan air carrier in the sale of five DC-9 aircraft and refinancing of three DC-9 aircraft.
- Several domestic and international air carriers in the leasing and financing of various aircraft including DC-9s, Boeing 727s and 737s, DeHaviland Dash 8s and Airbus 300s.
- A Latin American air carrier in the commencement of services and operations to the U.S.
- A foreign air carrier as creditor in a U.S. air carrier's bankruptcy and a seller/lender in repossession and workout negotiations.
