Harper Meyer is pleased to have taken part in the Groundbreaking Ceremony held on Sunday, May 22, 2005 at the future site of the Rafael Diaz-Balart Building on the campus of Florida International University. The technologically advanced building, which is scheduled to be completed in 2006, will house a law library, legal clinic, multiple courtrooms, classrooms and office space.
