George Harper attended a meeting held by Council of the Americas with Licda Maria Antonieta Del Cid Navas de Bonilla, President of the Central Bank of Guatemala, on August 11, 2009.  Mrs. Bonilla discussed the current economic situation in Guatemala and throughout Central America, as well as opportunities for investment.
