| George Harper, James Meyer, and Steven Hagen were speakers at a seminar entitled "Establishing and Protecting Your Investment in the United States," held at the University of Miami School of Law on March 8. The seminar was jointly sponsored by the Inter-American Bar Association, the University of Miami School of Law, the International Law Sections of the American Bar Association and The Florida Bar, and the South Florida Regional Counsel Group. George addressed the subject of distribution agreements, James spoke on franchising, and Steven discussed international tax issues. |
