The November 4, 2009 inaugural Chambers Latin America Awards for Excellence honored outstanding law firms and lawyers from across Latin America as well as international law firms operating in the region. George Harper, President of the Inter-American Bar Association and Partner at Harper Meyer Perez Hagen O’Connor & Albert LLP took the stage to present the awards at the Ritz Carlton in Miami Beach, Florida.
