Aviation

Our Aviation practice encompasses virtually every aspect of aviation law. Our attorneys have represented financial institutions, leasing companies, airlines, and aviation-related businesses in aircraft and airline acquisition, finance and leasing matters, general corporate, and commercial and operational matters.

Harper Meyer Perez Hagen Albert Dribin & DeLuca LLP represents financial institutions (including banks and leasing companies), U.S. and foreign individuals, public and privately-held companies, and aviation-related businesses which include aircraft and engine manufacturers, suppliers, airport authorities and parts vendors, both domestically and internationally. We are experienced in the establishment of voting trusts and equipment trusts to permit foreign-controlled domestic corporations to register aircraft in the United States. Members of the firm have experience in the areas of creditor’s rights, including repossessing and defending against repossession of aircraft and aircraft engines. We have represented companies, banks, financial institutions, and leasing companies in structuring, negotiating and documenting a wide variety of transactions including finance and operating leases, synthetic leases, securitization of receivables, asset-based finance lease transactions, sale/lease-back transactions, and complex joint venture arrangements.
